Exclusive micro-lot
A single-farm Geisha we hold back from the public catalog — reserved for club members only. Different farm every quarter, sometimes a nano-lot under ten bags available worldwide.
Cupping guide
A printed + PDF tasting card for that quarter’s lot: brew ratios, grind targets, the aromatics to look for, and how to read the cup blind. Geisha demands different brewing than what most guides suggest.
Farmer story
Origin, altitude, processing, the harvest notes from the farm itself. We don’t write marketing copy for these — the producer’s story comes from the producer, lightly edited.
How it ships

From the roaster to
your door in 48 hours

The club runs on the same roast-to-order cadence as the public catalog — the roast window opens seven days before shipment, members are charged, the bag is weighed and sealed, and it leaves the roastery the same week. Door-to-door is rarely more than a handful of days.

The peak flavor window for Geisha is 7 to 21 days post-roast. Roast-to-order is the only format that keeps the cup honest — subscription cadence should never be a substitute for fresh coffee.

Monday through Thursday shipping only — Friday and weekend orders go out the following week so no bag sits in a depot over the weekend.
