Why Only Geisha

Every other roaster treats Geisha like a trophy on the shelf. We built the entire shelf around it.

Geisha is not just another single-origin. It's a different species of experience. Jasmine, bergamot, stone fruit, honey. Flavors that don't belong in coffee, yet arrive with a clarity that silences the room.

Most roasters sell Geisha as a limited release, buried in a catalog of 40 other beans. We think that's backwards. When something is this extraordinary, it deserves a company built entirely around getting it right.

Every roast profile, every sourcing relationship, every decision we make exists to serve this one varietal. That's not limitation. That's focus.

Sourcing

From the farms that define Geisha

Panama
Boquete Highlands
Where it all started. The volcanic soil and cloud forests of Chiriquí produce the most celebrated Geisha lots on earth. Jasmine, bergamot, raw honey.
Ethiopia
Gesha Village
The ancestral origin. Wild Geisha from the forests of southwestern Ethiopia, where the varietal grew for centuries before anyone knew what they had. Peach, hibiscus, black tea.
Colombia
Huila & Nariño
The new frontier. Colombian farmers are producing Geisha that rivals Panama at half the altitude. Tropical fruit, brown sugar, tangerine acidity.
Process

Roasted to order.
Never sitting on a shelf.
